Add model card metadata and description

This PR improves the model card for the ShadowMem judge model presented in the paper Safeguarding LLM Agents against Long-Horizon Threats via Shadow Memory.
Specifically, it adds:
library_name: transformers, enabling the automated "How to use" code snippet on the model page.pipeline_tag: text-classification, so the model can be discovered at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=text-classification.- A link to the paper page in the markdown content and a link to the code repository.
