| Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International |
| (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), to the extent the project holds the relevant rights. The |
| unmodified license text is in [LICENSE](LICENSE); its terms govern. |

| Sharing the licensed material requires attribution. The license permits |
| NonCommercial use and private NonCommercial adaptations, but does not permit |
| sharing Adapted Material. It does not prohibit every technical modification, |
| override statutory exceptions, or itself license patents or trademarks. |
| Uses outside the grant require separate permission from the relevant rights |
| holder. This is a restrictive public license, not a claim of an OSI open-source |
| model release. No endorsement or validated capability is implied. |

| ## Earlier revisions and upstream materials |
|

| Earlier repository card metadata declared Apache-2.0. Existing valid license grants remain in effect for the material and |
| versions to which they apply. This policy does not retroactively revoke them. |
| Pre-existing portions of documentation retain any applicable earlier grants. |
|
|
| Third-party code, base models, tokenizers, papers and other upstream materials |
| retain their own licenses and notices. The CC policy does not relicense those |
| rights or restrict uses independently authorized by an upstream license. |
| Any future distribution must include the actual upstream licenses, required |
| notices and a clear statement of the scope of the project's own contributions. |

| ## Current publication and future checkpoints |
|
|
| This revision publishes documentation only. It contains no checkpoint weights |
| and does not certify that a model is ready for inference or release. The Hub |
| license metadata summarizes the project contribution policy; it is not evidence |
| that all components of a future checkpoint have one license. |
|
|
| Before uploading weights, identify their immutable checkpoint and source, |
| the project's licensable contribution, retained upstream terms and the exact |
| files covered by each license. Private training datasets are excluded from this |
| public grant and remain access controlled with no public license granted. |
