Add pipeline tag and license metadata to SAID model card

This PR adds the missing YAML metadata to the SAID model card: pipeline_tag: other and license: other. The other license reflects the custom non-commercial license used for the released checkpoints. No library_name is added because the model uses a custom said CLI/package rather than a supported Hugging Face library.
