| The reviewed v1.1 PDFs are included in this release. They preserve the frozen |
| v1 evidence while reporting a separately labelled post-freeze remediation |
| handoff. Publication does not imply independent re-execution, external |
| generalization, production readiness or peer acceptance. |

| ## Verification and provenance |
|
|
| The final documents were reviewed against the frozen evidence packet, primary |
| references and the post-freeze handoff. Claude Science did not access or rerun |
| the post-freeze files; Codex independently checked the handed-off digests, |
| values, implementation tests and local repository state. Every page of both |
| PDFs was visually inspected. Independently checked local SHA-256 values match |
| the reviewed release versions. All pages render as US Letter, all fonts are |
| embedded, and no encryption, PDF JavaScript, launch action or embedded |
| attachment was found. These are genuine Typst-generated PDFs. Science rebuilt |
| both documents from their v1.1 release source; the private source bundles, |
| claim ledgers and verification records are intentionally excluded from the |
| public software release. |

| Only these exact PDFs are permitted by the public allowlist. Drafts, prompts, |
| claim ledgers, review conversations, source bundles and restricted benchmark data |
| remain excluded. The software has its own version, **0.1.0 research preview**. |

| The [CC BY 4.0 article license](LICENSE.md) covers both manuscripts and their |
| original figures. Software rights are governed separately by the |
| [Vons Community and Commercial License 1.0](../../LICENSE); article licensing |
| does not grant commercial software rights. |

| The paper uses arXiv **submission number 8127259**. The v1.1 PDF and metadata |
| were processed successfully on **2026-09-25** and submitted on **2026-09-26**. |
| The arXiv account currently reports **on hold** for moderation. This tracking |
| number is not a public arXiv article identifier. No public arXiv URL, DOI, |
| announcement or peer-review acceptance is claimed. See the |
