| # Memory OPD checkpoint staging | |
| This directory is the machine-local staging area for checkpoints that will be | |
| uploaded to Hugging Face. It is deliberately outside the `memory_OPD` Git | |
| repository and must never be added to GitHub. | |
| The layout is `RQ/method/backbone/retained-stage`. Baselines retain only one | |
| completed `last` checkpoint for each RQ, method, and backbone. ElasticMem is | |
| our method, so RQ3 additionally retains the SFT/GRPO stage boundaries and the | |
| corrected-v3 continuation point. | |
| Verify all files against `manifests/SHA256SUMS` after copying them to a new | |
| server or before uploading them to Hugging Face. Selection provenance for the | |
| node2 imports is recorded in `manifests/node2_selection.tsv`. | |
