| # FarZenith | |
| FarZenith is a from-scratch AI model for astronomy that turns natural-language | |
| questions into experiments. Given a question such as *"What would happen to | |
| Earth's orbit if the Sun were twice as massive?"*, FarZenith chooses a physics | |
| simulation and its parameters, a deterministic engine computes the result (the | |
| model never does the arithmetic), and FarZenith explains the result grounded in | |
| the computed numbers. | |
| ## Development | |
| ```bash | |
| uv venv --python 3.12 .venv | |
| uv pip install --python .venv/bin/python -e '.[dev]' --extra-index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cpu | |
| .venv/bin/pytest -q | |
| ``` | |
