Add model card and pipeline tag

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face team. I'm opening this PR to add a model card for MATS, linking it to the paper MATS: An Audio Language Model under Text-only Supervision and the official GitHub repository. I've also added the audio-text-to-text pipeline tag to improve its discoverability on the Hub.
