Consistency in file location

Is anyone else already over the LTX-2 templates locating the model files in the checkpoints folder while the majority of user workflows call for them in diffusion_models. Seems that encoders are also being called from loaders in multiple file locations. I could make sub-folders and drop junction links everywhere but that will also get messy fast.
