**dmsfold_model_5_ptm.pt** - Main model weight needed for DMS-Fold2. Finetuned from AlphaFold2's model_5_ptm model.

**dmsfold_model_5_ptm_set1.pt** - Model weights for DMS-Fold2 trained on mega-scale subset 1. Finetuned from AlphaFold2's model_5_ptm model.

**dmsfold_model_5_ptm_set2.pt** - Model weights for DMS-Fold2 trained on mega-scale subset 2. Finetuned from AlphaFold2's model_5_ptm model.
