Add model card, metadata and sample usage

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face.
This PR improves the model card for GAIR by:
- Adding the
image-feature-extractionpipeline tag to the metadata. - Linking to the research paper on Hugging Face Papers.
- Adding a link to the official GitHub repository.
- Providing a sample usage code snippet from the repository to help users get started with extracting embeddings.
