Could you state a licence for this drafter?

Thank you for releasing the Muse Spark Open DFlash2 drafter. We have written support for it in TensorFold, an
open-source inference engine, and would like to offer it to users alongside Muse Spark Open.
The model card and the repository files don't state a licence. Without one, all rights are reserved by default, so
other projects can't point users to the drafter, ship a quantised copy, or test against it in public. Would you be
willing to add a licence, for example in the card's metadata (license:) and as a LICENSE file? Muse Spark Open
itself is under Meta's Muse Model License, if you want the drafter to follow the base model's terms. Any licence you
choose is fine; we only need it written down.
Until then we serve the model without the drafter and say in our docs that its licence is unstated.
