LICENSE, upstream/LICENSE.zai.txt, and upstream/LICENSE.dealign.txt contain the same unmodified MIT text, including Copyright (c) 2026 Z.AI Co., Ltd. The two pinned HF LICENSE objects and the GitHub-vendored notice expose the same Git blob SHA-1, 986b06fb2916b3518b82c7dcc0870723b91f2f92. NVIDIA, Bizuayeu and Dealign copyright lines have not been invented.

The NVIDIA card at the pinned source and AXL's saved README.nvidia.md have the same Git object identifier. All six original notices/cards above were archived as byte-exact pinned copies; the model weights were not copied.

The AXL card states MIT distribution without additional conversion terms. Dealign's card and LICENSE state MIT; its research-purpose disclaimer should be retained as context, not rewritten into a new non-commercial license. This review does not independently certify the full derivation chain of every donor tensor or the upstream training data.
