Align the legacy model kernel with Lambda v0.2.0
kernels 0.12.3 loads this model repository. Its published Hub-only build has no lambda_v1; mirroring the GitHub Python source does not rebuild that package.
Stage the same reproducible CPU and universal distribution as the kernel reviews, built from GitHub v0.2.0 source 7cb79cba7ecb5dbb9da59b2d6b516a98d2a114d6. Include the strict entry, spec, 60 vectors, reference, exact source license at source/LICENSE, and distribution receipt. Curated root card, license, SBOMs, and other Hub-only files are preserved. Remove only the obsolete nested build/torch-universal/szl_lambda_gate/metadata.json; metadata now lives at each variant root and the verifier requires the complete variant file set to match the immutable source package.
Red: kernels 0.12.3 get_kernel at published model 28b74a0dfd68a373de64083d3ec59567cb627a96 loads but has no lambda_v1. Green locally: both variants pass all 60 vectors with kernels 0.12.3 and 0.17.1. The remote legacy-loader check will be recorded separately after staging. Canonical vector digest: 61bfb0410b9f0eaab0eb9f22f29cb7cb13cfde8c083fe308d895565d6ba9ebd4.
The reviewed model release mirror remains responsible for source/card/SBOM publication after GitHub PR #60. This review covers the built compatibility package that mirror intentionally preserves. Both use the same immutable GitHub release. Kernel-repository main/v1 reviews are separate because the current loader reads that repository type.
