GitWorld VR mode
The project enables OpenXR and uses AGitWorldVRPawn as the default pawn. The pawn provides head tracking, tracked left/right controllers, thumbstick or WASD movement, controller-directed teleport, portal interaction, and opening-video skip.
Controls:
- Left thumbstick / WASD: smooth movement
- Right trigger / E: interact with a portal or repository world
- Right thumbstick click / Space: aim and release to teleport
- Left menu / Escape: skip the
3099.mp4opening sequence
OpenXR must be installed/enabled by the Unreal Engine installation. The project’s 7680×4320 settings are for cinematic output; VR should use the headset’s native per-eye render target and a measured frame-time budget.
