EHRSHOT Data Access Requirements
1. CITI Training: Complete the Data or Specimens Only Research course following the PhysioNet instructions. Your certificate must be current and unexpired.
2. Verification: Provide a valid CITI certificate verification URL in this format: https://www.citiprogram.org/verify/?XXXXXX
3. License & Responsible Use: By requesting access, you agree to the EHRSHOT Credentialed Health Data License and agree not to use the model to conduct experiments that cause harm to human subjects.
⚠️ Application Rejection Criteria
Applications WILL BE REJECTED if:
- The name on your CITI certificate does not exactly match the name on your Hugging Face access application.
- Your CITI training certificate is expired.
- Your CITI verification URL is missing or invalid.
