I assume ceil72_condsafe is still the best, but can you shed some light on the purposes of each or what specific situations we should be using them in/for?

Is the Dev not around any more? Id like to know too , what they actually modify and control.
There's no "just use this" they were all options to try with different configurations. People generally tend to rank72 energy or condsafe, energy may be more preferred as it keeps higher attn ranks and provides more prompt and motion.
