Parakeet-TDT-110M, khazina agreement-gate ladder arm 'ultra'. parakeet_norm WER 16.52 on FLEURS-tg n=600 (A1 all-khazina reference 16.34, cont1 baseline 16.17, GATE A1 bar 15.47). Cross-family probe testing whether tightening the dual-ASR agreement gate on 860h of Whisper-generated pseudo-labels recovers signal for a different architecture. See OUTCOME.md in the run dir.
