Add model card and pipeline tag

This PR adds a model card for ZTRS. It includes:
- Links to the paper: Zero-Human Demonstration End-to-end Autonomous Driving with Trajectory Scorer
- Link to the GitHub repository
- Link to the project page
- The
roboticspipeline tag to make the model discoverable on the Hugging Face Hub.
