We are preparing a limited local engineering trial of HTDemucs-6s for
the MIXXER project. Could you please clarify the applicable licence or
usage grant for this exact checkpoint?

contained license: mit, while the current revision removes that field.
A historical Demucs issue also states that pretrained weights were not
covered by the source-code MIT licence and were provided for scientific
purposes.

Could you confirm:

1. Whether we may download the exact checkpoint above and run
   local inference for this engineering trial.
2. The licence or other terms that apply specifically to the weights.
3. Whether product-development evaluation is included or whether use is
   restricted to academic/scientific research.
4. Required attribution or notices.
5. Whether commercial use and redistribution require separate permission.
