Add model card, links, and pipeline tag

This PR adds a model card for the paper RoomLight: A 2.5D Illumination Prior for Indoor Environments.
It also:
- adds the
pipeline_tag(other), ensuring the model is properly categorized, - adds a link to the project page (https://andreead-a.github.io/RoomLight),
- adds a link to the code repository (https://github.com/andreead-a/RoomLight),
- includes a short description of the model.
