Fix model card: replace with accurate JEPA-WM description

This PR replaces the incorrect FinJEPA content with a proper model card for the JEPA world models introduced in What Drives Success in Physical Planning with Joint-Embedding Predictive World Models?. It adds the correct license, pipeline tag, paper link, code repository link, and usage examples consistent with the official GitHub repository.
