Align the WorldDiT model card with the paper

Aligns the model card title, headline, and opening model description with the current WorldDiT paper. It also applies Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 and states the credit requirement for reproduction and adaptation. The compact rollout and release layout remains unchanged.
