SAM 3.1 encoder to DINOv3 distillation

One-epoch Phase-1 encoder distillation run. The DINOv3 ViT-S/16 student was trained to match dense features from a frozen, fine-tuned SAM 3.1 visual trunk. The SAM decoder and temporal tracker were not trained in this phase.
