Clarification on Non-Commercial License for YouTube Content
Hi,
I'm looking for clarification on the FLUX.1-dev Non-Commercial License regarding a specific use case.
I want to generate images using FLUX.1-dev locally to use in YouTube videos that will be monetized through the YouTube Partner Program. The generated images (Outputs) would be used as part of the video content I create and upload.
Based on the license terms, I understand that I own the Outputs and can use them for commercial purposes. However, I want to confirm whether using FLUX.1-dev to generate images intended for monetized YouTube content falls within the bounds of the Non-Commercial License, or whether this would require a commercial license agreement.
I'd appreciate any clarification you can provide.
Thanks!
