Paths changed in the staged scripts

The seven scripts are copied verbatim (logic unchanged) through the release text scrub; the only edits are the hard-coded absolute input/output paths below, rewritten so that they resolve when the scripts are run from the root of this questionnaire/ folder (python scripts/<name>.py). The 'old' column shows the path after the release scrub (the local user directory is already masked as /home/USER).

Unchanged

• /usr/share/fonts/truetype/msttcorefonts/Times*.ttf (system font directory used by the three figure scripts; not a project path).
• analysis_questionnaire_v1.py, parse_questionnaire_pdfs.py, paired_endpoints.py, analysis.py take every input/output path from the command line (--questionnaire, --sessions, --out, --pdf-dir, ...) and contain no absolute paths; nothing was changed.

results/sessions.csv is not shipped (see README.md); it is one row per participant and drive: participant_id,session_index,condition_code,condition with 1,X,C and 2,Y,S for every participant, and is also written by scripts/parse_questionnaire_pdfs.py.
