AD: keep skill + demo self-describing (no benchmark numbers)

Drop VUS-PR figures and TSB-AD-as-measurement from the skill and the AD demo so they rank recipes qualitatively (best / weaker) rather than quoting benchmark scores.
- SKILL.md: 'Evaluate on the user's data' no longer cites TSB-AD VUS-PR figures.
- demo_retrieval_anomaly_detection.ipynb: 'Start here' cell describes the one-call recipe without the VUS-PR 0.631 number.
