CheXpert Calibration Checkpoints

This repository contains trained PyTorch checkpoint files used to generate prediction probabilities for the public CheXpert calibration analysis repository:

The checkpoints are provided for reproducibility of the calibration study. Raw CheXpert or NIH ChestXray14/CXR8 images are not redistributed here. Users must obtain datasets from the original dataset custodians and comply with their access terms.

Intended use

These checkpoints can be used to regenerate model prediction probabilities, which are then consumed by the calibration/statistical analysis scripts in the GitHub repository. Training code is not included here because model-development/training is separate from the calibration-analysis paper.
