| The BoxGraph code encoder runs four weight-shared message-passing layers of width | |
| 1024 over the Faust Block Diagram Algebra graph of a program, and mean-pools its | |
| `seq` and effect nodes. Chains deeper than training run one layer per graph | |
| level. Embeddings depend only on the parsed program, not on how it is written. | |
