Customer Support Intent Classifier

Overview

This model classifies customer-support messages into 27 intent categories. It was fine-tuned from distilbert-base-uncased using the Bitext Customer Support LLM Chatbot Training Dataset.

Intended Use

The model categorizes support requests related to orders, shipping, returns, refunds, payments, and account management.

Limitations

The dataset contains synthetic customer-support examples. Performance on real customer messages may differ. This model is a prototype and is not connected to any company's internal systems.
