REAX code is MIT (LICENSE); fast_fp8_gemm.py stays Apache-2.0 as a derivative of finegrained-fp8. Third-party code below keeps its own licence; the root licence does not relicense it.

No UID240/miner projection code is required or bundled by this mode. Model weights have separate upstream and derivative-model obligations; the code licence does not license the weights. Do not remove upstream licences or credit files when assembling part-g and part-q. Stand-in repositories are pinned for reproducibility and do not represent REAX1.3 release weights.
