| so contributors need no Hugging Face account of their own. | |
| **Everything arrives under `staging/` and is not part of the Model Zoo until it | |
| is reviewed.** Each submission folder holds the checkpoint and a | |
| `submission.json` recording its SHA-256, size, declared scorecard and upload | |
| time. Nothing here is validated by the spaCR maintainers until it is promoted | |
| out of staging. | |
