Request for Manual Review / Reset of Rejected SAM3 Access

Hello SAM3 Team,
My access request for facebook/sam3 was rejected. I would appreciate a
manual review or a reset of the rejected status.
I am developing a local robotics vision system that uses SAM3 for
text-guided segmentation of target objects and destination regions.
The model will be used for research and development, and I will comply
with the SAM License and will not redistribute the checkpoints.
