Hello SAM 3 Team,
My access request for facebook/sam3 was rejected without a reason being shown. Could you please review my application or clarify whether any information needs to be corrected?

I would like to use SAM 3 locally for learning and reproducing referring segmentation experiments. Specifically, SAM 3 would provide text-guided object segmentation from RGB observations for referring segmentation workflows.
