Add vLLM-Omni serving instructions

Drama 3 is now supported in vLLM-Omni (vllm-project/vllm-omni#8900). This adds a short "Launch with vLLM-Omni" section (install and serve) pointing to the vLLM-Omni recipe at https://recipes.vllm.ai/fishaudio/drama-3, plus a link under Links. No other content on the card is changed.
