Add pipeline tag

This PR adds the missing pipeline_tag: other metadata so the model is correctly categorized on the Hugging Face Hub. Since the model requires the custom Gaze2HOI inference implementation rather than a standard library pipeline, other is the appropriate value. No other changes are needed.
