This is a model for Relation Extraction on clinical trial eligibility criteria. It is based on SapBERT-PubMedBERT by Liu et al. (2020) and continually trained with the Chia dataset by Kury et al. (2020). The model was created for a master's thesis at the University Osnabrück.
