Add pipeline tag, paper link, and improve model card

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: image-to-imagemetadata to enable task-based filtering on the Hub. - Linking the model card to the ICLR 2026 Workshop paper: Recovering Cloud Microstructures with Cascaded Diffusion Inversion.
- Adding links to the official code repository and the project website.
- Enhancing the usage documentation with step-by-step setup, download, and inference instructions.
- Adding the BibTeX citation for easy reference.
