DeepECG-Tok

DeepECG-Tok is a vector quantization based tokenizer for ECG signals. To load and use the pretrained model, refer the following code:

Git clone the repository and install the dependencies:

https://github.com/HeartWise-AI/ECG_tokenizer.git
cd ECG_tokenizer
pip install uv && uv sync && source .venv/bin/activate

Config file for the pretrained model is in the config/tokenizer/reconstruction_base_config.yaml file.
