Update metadata: add pipeline tag, remove arXiv tag

This PR updates the model card metadata:
- Adds
pipeline_tag: other. - Removes the
arxiv:2610.21025tag from YAML, since arXiv IDs should only be referenced in the markdown content. - Keeps the paper link in the markdown body.
