Hoja is an engineering consultancy. We help organizations turn their data into machine learning models, retrieval systems, and agents, and we build the data pipelines and MLOps that keep them running.

We work primarily with open-weight models, so our clients can run AI on infrastructure they control: fine-tuned, quantized, or replaced as needs change, with their data never leaving their network. For teams in regulated or data-sensitive domains, that control is often decisive.

Open source

We hold our own work to the standard we sell. Our website is open source, and we built it end to end with an open-weight model. We publish the tooling we develop for ourselves and contribute fixes upstream where we can.
