Pidgin: contract bridge bots from self-play

Weights for the bots in https://github.com/hsperr/pidgin. Code, training recipes and the server live there; this repo only holds the weights.

brl_fsp_weights.npz is not ours: it is the FSP bidder of Kita et al. (2024), redistributed under its Apache-2.0 licence (brl_LICENSE).
