this happened over 5 days and no one noticed it escaped the sandbox? yeah, someone isn't doing their job. not only that, if they are working together there needs to be consistent transparency from a test engineering standpoint on how they're mitigating this. this is one scenario, you're gonna need way more than that to future proof something like this from happening again

unless i missed it somewhere, this is a giant block of text and none of it includes how these companies should be working together to make sure THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. it's basically a full circle moment when the discussion was all about the ethics of this stuff to begin with, and here we are. also a lot of this is basically from people effectively not doing their job and watching this to begin with, very sad all around
