checkout humanizer's speculative decoding model >> 50% increase of speed
Hi! Thanks for sharing Humanize. I’ve been using it over the past few days and really enjoying it :)
I’m building Draftfit, a platform for training speculative decoding drafts, and trained a draft specifically for Humanizer (to use for myself).
In a small local MLX benchmark on an Apple M5 Pro, it achieved roughly 1.5×:
https://huggingface.co/jayyun98/Humanizer-12B-Draftfit-DSpark
Would you be open to adding a link to your README? It might be useful for others running Humanizer locally.
Thanks again for your work!
Thank you so much for your contribution. I will test it out and link it on my repo Later
Thanks again! I've added a link to your draft in the README (new "Community: faster decoding on Apple Silicon" section under Speed), on both Hugging Face and GitHub. I noted it's your benchmark (~1.5× on an M5 Pro with MLX, identical output) and that we haven't benchmarked it ourselves yet.
Good! I have been updated model with more training step :)
Comment me after using those
Reproduced your DSpark draft on an M5 Ultra (256 GB) with the card's runner settings: 71.4 -> 92.6 tok/s, x1.30 median over 5 drafts x 3 runs, 15/15 outputs token-identical to target-only. Per draft: report x1.51, email x1.43, essay x1.40, blog x1.29, Chinese email x1.21. Full table and method in #30. Thanks for training it!
Hi tris! Thanks for the validation. Acceptance and speed differ by eval benchmarks. just for the clarification, 50% were from my validation set isolated from training set but same domain same task.
I hope you enjoy the model :)
