Add pipeline tag, paper link, and project page

This PR improves the model card by:
- adding the missing
pipeline_tag: otherto ensure the artifact is correctly categorized, - linking to the Hugging Face paper page for the VX-One paper,
- adding a link to the project page (https://vectrayx.com).
The existing metadata and content are preserved, with the paper and project links added in the model description.
