Rebuild strict Lambda v1 CPU and universal distributions

Rebuild both CPU and universal Python variants from this exact GitHub main commit. Each passes all 60 szl.lambda/v1 vectors via kernels 0.12.3 and 0.17.1 on CPU. Canonical vector SHA-256: 61bfb0410b9f0eaab0eb9f22f29cb7cb13cfde8c083fe308d895565d6ba9ebd4.
Current Hub CPU code lacks lambda_v1; rebuilding both variants prevents stale loader priority. Exact Git source bytes and complete file hashes are checked before imports. Source license lives in source/LICENSE, preserving the curated root card and license. This commit only adds or replaces files, with no deletions.
Stephen merges. Lambda is advisory; uniqueness is Conjecture 1 (open). No GPU performance claim and no verified signature. Remote conformance will be checked against this review commit.
