About Liva AI

Liva AI is a research and data company focused on making AI more socially intelligent. Our goal is to help models better understand human intent and respond appropriately across different social contexts.

We study human interactions to identify specific aspects of social intelligence and develop benchmarks to measure them. Using data collected through consumer apps, we create targeted training datasets to improve these capabilities through post-training. Our work focuses on multimodal AI models, starting with voice.

What Makes Our Data Unique

Rather than paying strangers to participate in recorded conversations, we partner with consumer apps where people already interact naturally. This allows us to capture spontaneous and often long-form conversations across a wide range of everyday situations.

Our datasets span diverse demographics and social settings. They capture how people adapt their communication based on who they are speaking with and the context of the interaction.
