This PR improves the model card by:

Correcting the pipeline_tag from image-text-to-text to video-text-to-text to accurately reflect the model's video-language usage.
Adding the license: apache-2.0 tag, consistent with the base model's license and the repository's Apache-2.0 license.
Adding links to the paper (arXiv), the project page, and the GitHub repository in the Paper section.

The existing sample usage snippet and other details are kept unchanged.
