This PR updates the model card metadata and adds missing links:

Changes the pipeline_tag from image-text-to-text to video-text-to-text to reflect the video reasoning task.
Adds license: apache-2.0.
Adds links to the paper, project page, and GitHub repository.

The existing model description, loading instructions, and base-model attribution are preserved.
