This PR improves the SAVER-4B model card by:

Adding the missing license: apache-2.0 metadata, following the Apache-2.0 base model and repository license.
Correcting the pipeline_tag from image-text-to-text to video-text-to-text, since this model is designed for video-language reasoning and temporal grounding.
Adding links to the paper page, project page, and GitHub repository in the markdown content.

The existing loading snippet and base-model attribution are preserved.
