Harmless PoC: ExecuTorch mutable_data_segments.offsets length OOB

Forged FlatBuffer mutable_data_segments[].offsets length under Minimal → ASan HBO in load_mutable_subsegment_into (program.cpp:657).

Sibling of constant_segment.offsets OOB; distinct from MethodMeta / WebGPU.
